Crosby's Kitchen is bringing California wine country to the table! We are partnering with Duckhorn Vineyard and taking you to Napa Valley with a 5-course Chef's Tasting Menu with pairings from the Duckhorn portfolio.
Founded by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn in 1976, Duckhorn Vineyards has been crafting classic Napa Valley wines for almost 50 years. From the inaugural vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in 1978 to its addition of Sauvignon Blanc in 1982, Duckhorn has crafted a tradition of quality and excellence that continues today. This winemaking tradition has grown to include nine Estate vineyards, located throughout the microclimates of the Napa Valley. Now lead by winemaker Renée Ary, Duckhorn "balances artistry, science and a deep respect for the viticultural side of winemaking" to create some of our favorite Napa classics.
Chef Dan Harris will be pairing the wine with dishes inspired by the Golden State's diverse culinary scene.
